So what exactly is this mark on my nose? About 2 months ago I have a very large pimple that never came to a head and this remains.

Its persistently red and glossy. It is, to me, slightly raised. There is no pain or discomfort from it but I cant for the life of me figure out what it is.

im actively using vitamin C and retinold.

thoughts?

Hmm. Ever had acne before elsewhere? It could be a deep down acne lesion and could go away on its own over time.

Also, a note: Retinoids and Vitamin C can be irritating when used at the same time.

And...perhaps this could be early onset rosacea. You over 30?
