Scar treatment doctor suggestions

Hi

i have done two treatments of Fraxel laser and I have seen little improvement.Im looking for doctor suggestions and Im looking in to Mark Taylor and Hazany for treatment purpose. Do you know if this doctors are good?
Also how bad are my scars and what kind of treatment I should pursue?
