Ive done plenty of treatments but so far the ones ive noticed a difference in my scars were

subcision+filler 2x (most improvement)

Co2 fractional +fully ablative erbium 1x

what should I do going forward? More subcision filler and then laser as the final step?

Are all those pics your current scarring?

Check out the scars pages to take a deep dive at your options. If it were me and I had scarring like yours I'd look into CROSS for the icepick guys and then maybe ablative laser again.
