Punch excision followed by laser / filler / fat transfer

Non-ablative usually doesn't provide impressive results. For your type of scarring I can't see even ablative laser doing that much because your scars are local and pretty sunken. I would imagine filler of some kind would probably be recommended. I'm also intrigued by the idea of fat transfer as a filler personally because it's your own tissue and not something foreign, but this is something to discuss with a qualified and experienced pro.

A punch excision is also interesting. So I think sava avik might be spot on.
