Ive had acne scaring for about 2 years already. Didnt start treating it till about last year in Oct 2023. Started with 3 rounds of morpheus rf microneeding. Last session was done in Feb 2024. Then in April decided to do 1 co2 laser and didnt see any improvment. I feel she went on the lighest setting. Took a break from may-Aug. Then Aug 30th 2024 went with a doctor in Santa Monica, he did a combo treatment of 1sub w/ tca & prp. Saw a little improvment. Went recently Oct 30th 2024 and he did 1 subcision on left side and tca on both sides. Im left with very textural skin. Not so deep scars. Not sure what my scars are. Rolling? Boxcar scars? I feel defeated. Its very costly and not sure what to do next. He recommended smart dot fractional co2 laser w/ tca cross and prp. Do you think this would be best or should i do microneedling?
