i™ve done subcision (3x), tca cross (3x), co2 fractional laser, co2 shouldering laser (3x)

do i continue with more subcision? tca? another treatment?

i live in Korea (staying for another 7 months) but i™m from America. Is Korea experienced with acne scars? I know it™s plastic surgery land but I™m not too sure about acne..

Only thing that will make you happy would be a major resurfacing. Trust me because I had your scars way back but deeper. Only thing that worked for me is aggressive dermabrasion that goes BELOW the depth of those scars to re-heal the skin. Of course it wasn't perfect either but was much better.

There are other options perhaps but I would stick with an aggressive resurfacing. Not some piecemeal half treatments personally. Also given your ethnicity you really should test or go slowly first on any new procedure.

i cant do dermabrasion in korea, i dont think doctors perform that here but i am planning on doing 3 treatments of Cora Therapy and the doctor said that with Cora Therapy they make a wound under the skin thats deeper (?) than subcision so fingers crossed itll work

Well I struggle to suggest treatments because lasers predominantly don't "Scrub" underneath scars and are unpredictable and so-so, but in general you really need a resurfacing. Basically something that can get under or at the scar depth but also utilize "healthy skin" (ie the skin in between scar tissue) to heal sideways and blend. I felt for me that's why dermabrasion worked well for non-deep scars but it didn't cure texture really just blended really well and cured depth to make scars mostly improved.

I would try to find things like that. But test when possible because you never know.

Not sure if you're going to get much benefit from subcision since it's hard to see rolling scars. I've done laser treatments and I'd suggest those, but I understand the hesitation from people due to risks. Lasering is very dependent on the operator and device.
