Hello, I went to two different dermatologists for acne scar treatment.

First Dermatology recommended 'Factora Laser Treatment' and I asked why it would be recommended over others (TCA, CO2, microneedling) and he responded by saying that Factora is a new and better version which combined the best technique offered by microneedling and this one older laser treatment (I believe it's Flexial/Flexible).

Second Dermatology recommended 'Microneedling with Radiofrequency' because laser treatment tends to be risky for my/general Asian tone-skin. I do have two or three "deep scars" which she said I can consider doing a laser for that if needed.

Does anyone have an experience with 'Factora' laser treatment? Between those two, I was hoping to hear opinions on people (whether you received the treatments or not) on them.
