How can I have these scars brought back to the surface?

They are slightly different, so my guess is an experienced derm or plastic surgeon might recommend a combo of:

• punch elevation
• punch excision
• maybe a little TCA
• maybe a laser

Long story short, you want to find a really good person who is an expert and get a 2nd and maybe 3rd opinion until you're comfortable.
