Isn't it possible to fill in scars with cosmetics?

So many make up stuff, concealers, silicone gel for surgery scars, etc...

I mean, there must be something that can hide moderate or at least mild acne scars. It's not that difficult, if you lay some putty in a wall it covers the holes. Isn't there anything that can stay on the scar bed and then washed off at the end of the day? Maybe make up is not the best option if we use make up as putty it will make us look cakey. Also, I'm a man and I don't like to look made-up.

Silicone gel, liquid latex...whatever. We know how difficult it is to treat acne scars, even the small ones. Collagen takes time to work, some people heal poorly, treatments are expensive, downtime, etc... For most people, it would be great to have a product that can make you have better skin...even if it's not "real" and you still see your scars at night when you wash your face. Some scars are basically tiny holes...relatively easy to fill in; it's not rocket science.

There are already some products like dermaflage with good reviews BUT it's quite expensive and difficult to blend in. You have to master the technique and the product has to be sealed with a pad so it takes many minutes every morning to apply. I also read a girl on here which used eyelashes glue with great results. You girls are very good with these skin tricks...I've seen amazing thing from make up artists but if you type "acne scar concealing" on google, there's almost nothing you can find...if any, concealer or make up for blemishes or hyperpigmentation after acne is cured, which some people call "scars". I can't believe there's nothing you can buy which covers your scars...in 2022!

It depends on the type of scars. If the scars are enlarged pores or very small ice-picks, they can be minimized with ground and powder. Look on youtube, there you can see makeup techniques. There is also dermaflage, which is a product specially made for scars.

Yes, for example pores can be minimized. Some small scars are like big pores...is it that difficult to create a "stronger" pore refiner?

I don't really think there's much to help but I agree with you in 2022 you'd think they could f'ing have 3d printers just print a new cheek by now LOL.

I grow a small beard, it helps blend my pores and lines. That's if you're a guy, that's the only thing that helps me. If I shave it's not pretty texture.
