Many dr does it dr hazany, dr rullan(prefer not to do it) , dr Taylor and many more. He trains other doctors. One way is to call dr Taylor office and ask he has any trainees in your state. Its a risky procedure some could have lumps and some dont or some has permanent side effects some has temporary. Try only after you have tried other subcsion procedures. I tried cannula and wasnt making a difference to my scars. And thats when I did Taylor liberator. I had temporary prolonged swelling of certain areas. But my rolling scars actually improved. For the side effects such as lumps I used a vibrating face roller and used it 2 to 3 times a day for a week and the lump was almost gone.

I had maybe prolonged swelling in certain regions of the face and numbness. The thing is they are cutting everything it is bound to cause collateral damage. The only thing we can do is avoid any major damage as you need people trained for that. But your case seems like filer should do it. Did you try the filler method ?
