Similar to mine in a sense in it's visual but not too deep or anything. I'm still working on the same, which is what getsmart recommended. Just some spot subcision and a filler to try and grow some volume. I plan on trying in 2-3 months myself. I would recommend trying same.

Although not sure about the one on the forehead as it's super thin there.

Considering fat grafting instead of subcision but will the fat get absorbed?

Unknown. Truth is there varying opinions. Some definitely gets absorbed but how much depends on factors. Over 5-10 years they say it all gets reabsorbed but I'm not sure I buy that either because new material might grow. Some doctors also say some fat cells die during test tube to injection site as well. And some patients see fat cells shifting or migrating.

I personally never got into researching further. I personally would try juvederm or another filler first that reabsorbs with subcision because your depression is shallow and you really don't want to play with super permanent stuff on something shallow that could migrate.

I'm a believer that fat transfer should be an option for extensive damage or certain cases though.

Be highly cautious about how much filler your gonna get if you proceed with this . Filler can cause a lot of issues. If your a female it my not bother you as much as if you are a male . Fillers last 10x longer then ppl think and can migrate esp in the cheeks . If you end up not liking the filler it can lead to a disaster
