I don't see any bumps. I see some scarring but not bumps, so not sure what you mean.

I don't necessarily see a whole lot of bumps but bumps in skin (contrary to what we see on others) is relatively common. I have several small bumps that seem permanent on my forehead and the derm told me they were just normal aging. Other little bumps or tiny lumps can just be texture stuff.

I wouldn't worry too much about that stuff as it's just unfortunately normal with aging. Some get sooner than others.
