Little hard to see what's going on, but subcision and fillers on average usually produce a moderate response, so I'd say 50% improvement is realistic.
However, make sure you're under the care of a really good derm or cosmetic surgeon. See if you can do it right the first time so you get the results you want. Get a few opinions is what I always recommend. It's your face. It's too important to leave to chance.

Yes, you are right. While there was no problem on my face, these scars were formed as a result of the wrong treatment of a doctor. Does it look like a rolling scar?

At this point I'm thinking using a cheese grater strategically might produce more scientific results than current technology, lol kidding.
I personally have no clue anymore. Out of the 3 plastic surgeons I visited, 1 suggested something that is more risky than I'd like, another I waited 2 months to just see for 5 minutes and say nah I'd rather not do anything (lol) and another suggested superficial crap that wouldn't do a damn thing. So yeah... I guess that's better than worsening but still.
Doctors logic dermabrasion is working lets stop using it and introduce laser as that will not fix scars and they will come back for more
FYI I know dermabrasion wont solve atrophy but texture wise it seems a reasonable bet.

dr rullan told me phenol is better for texture than dermabrasion.

Phenol peeling is applied to the whole face, right? I only have two scars. I don't want to take too many risks anymore.
Subcision on average produces modest results. Based on my research on all available studies, 79% of people got at least a 25% improvement. So, that's not overly impressive, but it reliably helps a bit at least.
I think you're right to be cautious. If you only have 2 scars, why do your whole face? I see that logic. Perhaps a combination of subcision and some kind of natural filler (like your own fat) might be warranted. That's what I would personally look into if it were me. Something non-invasive and safe like that.

That's a good point about subcision. My reading shows people usually get some consistent yet not necessarily large enough improvement but to be honest there is little else that can be suggested for damage from fat loss or atrophy or later damage. I mean the only thing I can think of is subcision and/or filler. If any other treatment was doable I'd totally consider it as an alternative but things like dermabrasion simply shave expertly the scars and blend them. Does nothing for fat loss really.
