Could be the most improvement I have seen from his treatment is excision and full ablation on scar Edges to smooth the edges. But overall texture is still bad. You know like open pores, rolling etc. i am considering dermabrasion for that but dont know since I am Asian skin so have to see my options.

I read a lot about dermabrasion. How effective is it? How does it compare to fully ablative lasers?
Apart from what was discussed in this thread so far, what do you guys think about dermal fillers? Would dermal fillers be able to raise (untethered) rolling/boxcar scars so that the skin is completely at level again -- of course apart from the fact that dermal fillers are temporary and that they will not fix texture problems such as enlarged pores. Has anyone come at the point of approaching their scars in that way, i.e. routinely maintaining levelness with dermal fillers?

Do you know of a dermatologist that does dermabrasion? As in the procedure with sandpaper?

The thing is rullan peel is liquid so it can penetrate below the surface which means its relying on your body to respond the damage. In dermabrasion it cant penetrate deep to the point the instrument goes upto. But you can be sure the edges of scars will be shaved with dermabrasion but maybe not too much atrophy
