Hello! I live in India and I have had two ablative co2 fraxel sittings from DR PK TALWAR(Greater Kailash,Delhi) but yet to see results in my acne scars. Had 1st sitting on 1st Dec/2021 and 2nd on 7th Feb. He promised upto 80% reduction in acne scars but as of now 0 results..it looks like all these lasers are hyped. Will update if I see any results.Scarring is toughest to treat.Good luck.

It would be great if you upload clear pics of your scarring..then only you can be guided in the right direction and what was the interval you had between each session,date when you had your first and last sessions,lasers you were treated with.All these details matter to be honest.Scarring is a specialed field requiring not just your derm to be a specialist but you as a patient must know about all procedures..the more you research the better it is.Its your face not the derms..you are taking all the risk..,ask everything from your doctor and only proceed if you are satisfied with the answers..some just advertise 2-3 machines they have and will offer these for every problem.Be patient with your skin,desperation will only ruin it..i understand scars take away quality of life..heads up man & do upload pics thats a must.

hey buddy!! Just checked the derms you mentioned on google and i could not find a single before & after pics(acne scar cases). I wonder how they get so high ratings(looks like PR work).

@Harsh001hey! I actually visited him and he showed me some pictures with good improvement and then I decided to go ahead. His treatment wreaked havoc on my skin and gave me immense acne some of which may scar. I would say neglect on his part for not giving me anti bacterial (which I see is common practice) after aggressive laser.

well i live in tricity and here in Chandigarh there are some good derms with experience..i have undergone 2 fractional co2 laser at Naiya Bansals clinic..the experience was very mild redness for a week(no acne) with good results.But i was tempted by this Delhi derm Dr P.K Talwar(he promised 80% reduction in scarring) and i took 2 fraxel co2 laser sittings from him..the laser was very aggressive and messed up my face(severe sensitive skin followed by acne for months) and as a result i now have more scars forget about 80% reduction(a bogus claim).Beware of these fraudsters they just want our money.Fractional co2 is good but fraxel co2 is a monster..plus the staff here handles patient so well and makes them feel at ease but there in Delhi you get 0 assistance( nobody to assist,no topical anesthesia). Hell with these Delhi Doctors they are a big fuckup. So my advice is to go with mild procedures and be patient.
