Subcison cross fractional co2 or full ablation erbium laser.

Why should I get subcision? Is there any tethering even though I can make the scars disappear by stretching the skin? Or does the subcision have another purpose?

Yeah I personally dont think you need subcision. But I would recommend a hybrid laser treatment such as deep full ablative erbium roughly 600 microns and then fractional co2 very deep in the same treatment to build collagen and remodel the surface

Thanks for the advice. Why do you recommend the fully ablative erbium laser in particular,in comparison with a fully ablative CO2 laser for instance?

You can do co2 if you want personally I think your scars are shallow enough for erbium and the risk reward ratio is much better for erbium
