Hi there, am a new member here and hoping to get some advice. Used to have very bad acne and have fixed it via accutane. However, Im left with many scarrings and have completed various treatments but with limited improvements.
The procedures I have went thru are
1) 8 sessions of subsicion with 8 sessions of rejuran S and 4 sessions of rejuran H.
2) 1 session of fractional Co2 laser
3) 1 session of pico laser
4) 1 session of fractional Co2 + pico laser
5) 3 sessions of TCA cross
As you can see from the pic attached, the scarring are still serious despite the various treatments. I still have 2 more sessions of fractional Co2 to go, but I doubt there will be any significant change.
I understand that fillers such as Juverderm/Radiesse might help but I am looking for a more long term solution given that I have already spent a lot on scar treatments.
is there anything else I could do to improve on the issue. Thank you for the advice in advance!
I have similar scarringU need fillers (HA fillers or fat grafting). Im really shocked that 8x subcision didnt do wonders for your scarring. Im on the same boat, but still on Accutane. My self-esteem is crushed, lost gf 1 year ago, how is your dating life if i may askyou?
Goto dr Taylor is time to get something serious done. Try for Taylorliberator Subcision and co2 laser. Or Goto dr rullan for a deep peel.
That's absolutely way too many treatments to not have more progress. Whoever suggested fractional or pico ... just no..
^ go get something(s) more ablative done, you have much less to lose and much more to gain by gambling on ablative results. deep/ablative c02 or deep phenol peel and/or taylor liberation subscision. All good ideas.
Best case grow some tissue back if liberation works then "nuke" the face with a resurfacing of sorts to blend. Sorry you have to go through this though all those procedures.
Thank you all for the advice! I have in fact went for one more round of more aggressive subsicion (very pricey as well) plus Fractional Co2 laser (this is part of the prior package). After reading multiple forums and articles, I have been doing the suction method from day 4 and today is day 10; still able to see some bruising. Hopefully able to see some good results after another 3 weeks. Will update again, thank you.
FYI: Not able to do liberator subsicion as it is not available in my country.

Any improvement now?
