I have scarring all over my face after a co2 laser a year ago. Dermabrasion is the treatment of choice according to NYU for hypertrophic scarring extending large areas. I have been to many dermatologists and plastic surgeons and none performs dermabrasion. Who is the best?

One doctor recommends full ablation erbium but I know it fires everywhere so it doesnt just bring down the textured part which is what is needed.
