Hi folks. I have finally decided to give my acne scars some good treatments. But before going for lasers, I did some research and found out that lasers are not always the best option depending on each individual. So I am uploading my acne scar photos and really hope I can get some good advice from you. Thanks a lot!

Start with 1 subcison and cross sessions. Only right side have scars. For boxcar edges you can consider high power co2 on he edges or erbium laser in full ablation mode.

Thank you. Will definitely give subcision and TCA Cross a try first!

I'm all for trying subcision given the risk/reward seems lower and I've seen many posts of improvement, and luckily you don't have many/deep scars really. The right side is the only side with non-superficial issues.

My only suggestion is deal carefully with TCA it seems to be hit or miss and the consequences of deepening or wider are something one must consider. So with that try to choose someone you feel is capable enough, but moreso do 1 spot as a test if possible (ie wait a few weeks see how it looks).

Yes I agree always start small and you can scale up if you feel like the body is responding in the way we want it to.

Thanks for the advice! I am planning to start with doctor Rullan. He seems to be well recommended on this forum regarding subcision.
