The AOE of microneedling cartridges seem kind of large to me, larger than most acne scars. But I would like the method I use to be as targeted as possible. I suppose it's not the cartridge size itself that would have to change, but the area of the cartridge that has needles. Does anyone know of a microneedling product or cartridge where the area of effect is small?

I don't know the exact area of the needles from the product I'm looking at because I haven't bought it yet. Maybe it's magnified so it looks bigger than it is. But it looks like it's bigger than it needs to be.
