only subcision can be done during Roa. Everything else would harm your skin.

I would do nothing to the skin during accutane, even if subscision is allowed I wouldn't do anything. Because accutane affects healing, oil glands and so on and the processes therein. I took two courses. My surgeon(s) back then took it very seriously that I not touch my skin with any procedures until months after being totally off it, preferably a year (I can't remember was so long ago).

You want to let the skin go back to normal after accutane, and whatever oil level and healing ability to return.
