There is so little information about this type of scarring online, but it is caused by the loss of elastin in the skin. I know body scars are harder to treat than scars on the face, tougher skin, vascularity, slower healing times yada yada. I have literally thousands of these lesions. They cover the entirety of my shoulders. When I stretch the skin they look less noticable, but when I raise my arms and compress the skin they look like thousands of little skin tags spread across my shoulders and shoulder blades. This scarring has ruined my life, I don™t have any acne anymore, but I can™t accept that I™m going to have to live the rest of my life looking like this. it™s too cruel. It doesn™t look at all decent. If anyone has any experience with treatments to flatten these scars and make them less noticable I would be so grateful for any advice you could give me.

This is new to me too. Please keep us posted here if you get treatment for it and show us how it goes.

Yes, i have the same. But some of them even bigger. Plus I have keloids. So I feel like a monster knowing this.

Hope you are still there. Seen threads about this condition regularly going dead without much of a result or appropriate solution.

Would be hard if only skin grafting would be successful. First there is no way to afford that if you aren't rich and second: is it even possible to do it on such big areas?
