Hi guys, which treatment will response to these three scars (shown in orange mark)....I have taken 2 sessions of tca cross but these stubborn scars didn't flat... Plz suggest suitable treatment for it... Can dermal fillers work on it?

They may still be tethered. Have you tried subcision and filler. Also this is very extreme lighting I beleive normal lighting you dont see any scars. The probability of people seeing you in this light is very slim

Yeah this is extreme lighting but in normal lighting also scars visible ... I have not done any filler yet but I'm thinking about it...
