Hello everyone, I had this under my nose for years. I thought it was a skin tag. Went to the derm and got it removedbut itcame back after. I bought a skin tag remover tool but bump was too small.

I don't know what this is. How can I remove this?

Seems to be a little keloid. Use clobetasol and over it with silicone sheets it should improve then with time

I'm going to start with tea tree oil fora coupleof weeks and see what happens but thanks for the info.
