I have tried many treatment modalities and this what I discovered by accident. I have somepunch excision done. And on 2 to 3scars they opened up after stitches. So I applied 30 percent tca 1 month post excision. And guesSwhat it filled 60 percent and by second session it almost filled 90 percent. So this begs the question when scars are old they are hesitant to improve with cross on its own.But when the tissue is replaced and then damaged it responds brilliantly to regenerative treatment like cross or excision. I confirmed this with another user on this site he had the same experience as mine.
to summarize basically cutting the deep icepick boxcartissue out and not closing it, this will lead to instant atrophic scar after healing is done in 7 days , then 1 month post that do tca cross 30 percent or 70 percent phenol. Since this method causes instant atrophy, the risk to reward ratiois better for onlypeople who have deep scars icepick or boxcars scars where they dont want the surgery risk. On an atrophic level the indent should look about same since we are doing only for deeper atrophic scars but the results should be dramatic. I have found it worked for me and another user. I will tag that person as well. If someone wants try this method then do 1 and see what happens. Again do for only those that are old and cross didnt work much.

Please remember the criteria is deep pit icepick/boxcar. I have seen result with both 30 percent on my own. And with phenol cross when I went to dr rullan. Before this I wasnt seeing much improvement in the icepick and boxcar scars with tca or phenol. Again it for deep indents with harsh borders.
