I used to have them mostly on the side of my nose but now they're spreading to the center. What treatments can I look into to help?

I've heard of microneedling, TCA Cross, etc... and I got excited with TCA cross but recently I've heard some negative stuff about it, that they can enlarge your pores even more. Some of the pores on the right side of my nose are combined, so I'm really at a loss now knowing TCA cross isn't a probable option.

Also, can any treatments help at the pores on my inner cheeks?
