Ive had 3 microneedling and one RF microneedling which clearly do next to nothing for my scars. Subcision/filler? Excision? In good lighting they arent that visible. But shadows/overhead is horrific and im tired of obsessing

My situation is exactly the same normal lighting ok shadows/overhead horrific

Overhead shows volume loss. It can always capture. The good thing is you dont have indented scars based on your explanation.Yes definitely go for subcision and filler combo must. But havent seen your pictures yet
