As Im sure many of you have done when googling acne scar treatments youve came across this medical post, although everything about it seems legit the results sometimes seem to good to be true. Before I embark on copying the methods would anybody recommend against.

Very good results indeed.
Im honestly gunna give this plan a go completely home done over than the subcision which costs about 500 pounds uk and 50 pounds for tca peel at home which will last the 6 treatments and the derma pen will cost approximately 200 for home use. Honestly, dermapen from what Ive seen does a similar amount to some expensive laser treatments its just as its available to every consumer and the technology behind it is basic that the price is low.
I honestly somewhat cringe at some forums on here, where by the looks of it people with hugely indebted scars and tethering has been scammed by money hungry doctors with high profits on there relatively low quality lasers.

I understand it works for some and not others could you link me or private message me your scars. I would like to see what kinds of scars dont respond well to home microneedling.

i imagine the absorption rate of retinols is insanely high after MN, pmuchlike an intradermal injection of it. my face would go red and irritatedto f*ck because thats what differin does it me anyway. If retinols accelerate collagen production and turnover in places where u are dmaging skin to reshape, im sure it makes a ke difference yes
I haven't tried any remedies yet, but I think I'll give micro-needling a chance at home from what I've read. However, I'm a little scared to try. But as women say, beauty requires sacrifice. Because these acne scars bother me since I was a teenager, at that time, I did not take great care of my skin; my mother did not tell me why it is essential. And now, being mature, I'm trying to recover. When acne appears on my body, or face I quickly make a natural Acne Treatment Body Maska and apply it all over my body.
Although the functionality of microneedling and fractional laser is same. But the results are very significant when it comes to laser. Why lets dive in, the fractional ablative laser completely vaporizes the tiny columns of skin compares to microneedling which cuts between the tissue of the but the old tissue is still there. Hence the skin just join back together with normal healing response and hence less affect on scars. When you vaporize with laser its like having tiny pore size excision but not suturing them.p is the body is forced to replace the tissue. That explains why even when the functionality is same the results are significant thAn microneedling. But the risk is also higher as in if the body doesnt produce collagen which we expect it to the problem comes in where people say it made it worse.
Is it a joke? I mean yes, I want to believe that there are some results, but WHY? why the lightning is not the same? Why just every medical paper just keeps taking before and after pictures in different lightning conditions. Just look at the last picture. The lightning is totally different.Isn't it possible to take the photo with the same lightning? Isn't it possible to replicate the same lightning conditions? I guess it is possible. But no one just cares. All they do is just publishing some papers with before and afters like this. All it just seems like a marketing. And besides, doany of these kind of papers have follow ups? After one 6 months, one year... After the swelling is gone it's much likely that everything will return to the original state. I guess the pictures were also taken right after the procedures.
I'm not trying to be negative. I never had an acne scar treatment myself.I really believe that ACNE SCARS CAN BE IMPROVED. But when I see medical papers with unrealistic results, it just makes me sad. Literally every medical paper is only talking about improvements, but no one ever talks about their failures. All this together sets our expectations high and make us dissapointed at the end.
