Look through this forum and compare TCA Cross and Phenol Cross.
I just had Phenol Cross done several weeks ago. It seems like one of my scars is shallower. Another didn't change. However, maybe in a few months it will be better.
The 3 or 4 times I did Phenol Cross before my last treatment resulted in nothing. Maybe one scar got better. But I'll be persistent and trust in the process, if you will.
I went the Phenol Cross route because of the higher risk of TCA Cross.
I think your scars a very very minor. I know it doesnt mean much because if it bothers you it bothers you. But I would really give this a lot of thought because in my eyes they are so minor that I would be afraid to worsen something when it isnt bad to begin with. If I was you Id go to a derm and just ask for tret.

Do you know how effective Epiduo is for improving atrophic scars?
I currently use AHA serum and benzoyl peroxide everyday asmy actives. Would using AHA in the morning and Epiduo at night work well?
Microneedling is safer and you can buy your own kit and do it at home. Start conservatively at 0.5mm and then work your way up. 0.5mm probably won't improve your scars but at least you will get the hang of microneedling. Your scars aren't that bad at all so microneedling may result in some visible improvement. You can also alterne with TCA peels (not TCA Cross) every month.
Like the above poster said, your scars are not that bad so aggressive treatments (such as fractional CO2)are not a good idea. Phenol Cross for some of the small boxcars would be a good suggestion.
