Hard drive crashed 6 months ago and I can't get on with my old handle, but I have over 10years on here. I still have some residual scars on my cheeks. Are there any contradictions to using this combination

. 1. Dermaroller

2. Tretinoin Cream, USP 0.1% Prescription strength - not over the counter.

3. Infrared and near infrared red light.

4. Autophagy created by fasting 1 week a month

My plan is to dermaroll alternate days and apply Tretinoin after rolling. Use the infrared on days I do not roll

Dont apply tretinoinon freshly derma rolled skin, it would cause irritation. After dermarolling its best tosimply hydrate your skin and wait till its completely healed to apply tret/actives. (Around a week or two)

Has anyone used the near infrared/Infrared yet. It has many applications in healing. It can get a little expensive..

I never used long period of time, only 2 to 3 weeks i dont like it cause it irriatated my skin, but it is early to call im gonna use it min 6 7 months.

I am not good at applying it as thin as they prescribe, and I have experienced no problems.
