Any advice here? How can i threat them, I know my english is very bad right now, just hoping if someone here facing with same kind of problem like mine. My confedence level just got dropped below the surface. Maybe i can threat these scars using dermapen or dermaroller and some DYI TCA cross higher percentage?

If they are early scars, I think co2 laser alone would give u good improvement, otherwise a combination of treatments may be necessary like:TCA cross, maybe subcision?, Filler and ablative laser

Secondly, what I'd suggest is getting on Accutane to get rid of acne and using tretinoin on your face to get rid of redness. Your scars are much more pronounced because of the redness.

Ideally, once your acne is under control you should start off with subcision, but sadly your country doesn't offer you subcision. I wouldn't suggest laser for your scars though, that's just waste of money for your scars at this stage honestly.

Thank you for your reply, those on the left cheek not an early scars those are old ones. Just thinking to take accutane but can't find any dermotologist who can calculate dose percentage for my body. I do not know how that happened, these acne form acne scars even though i didn't pick it. Thinking of saving money and getting at the laser soon. Is any DIY treatments at home that i could use to threat my acne scars? Is the adapalene in a long term can threat these ice lick boxcar scars?

Yea I feel the same way, idk how some of my scars even formed but just unlucky I guess. As for home treatments to treat your acne scars, I can only think of TCA cross but I would leave that to a professional

Thank you, I just went from a doctor, she prescribed accutane 16mg and calculated the dose, it will takeapproximately 6 to 8 months after that i'm thinking to go with dr. pen dermapen and laser threatment. Can i use Dermapen while on accutane or should i wait unitl my course is done?

@Rickeydoggyas far as I know, you can do subcision while taking accutane. You need subcision mate, it will help you a lot.

You may need tca cross subcision for the sunken in areas and some kind of resurfacing / collagen growth treatment laser or dermapen. I wouldn't needle while still on accutane but it's just me.

Tca cross maybe but subcision there no such a thing. My right cheek was always better than my right, but after breakout, i just notice that i have some scars, but i didn't pick my skin, its just appears here,maybe they will disappear at some point? When i look in the mirror it doesn't show up but when i'm driving and light hit my face it well visible

Unfortunately scars don't just disappear at some point, the pigmentation/redness perhaps but scars need to be improved and if they are fresh you have the best chances at getting the best improvement possible. I don't think any Dr will do any harsh procedures on you while you're on Accutane though, but there are definitely treatments you can do while on it, you just have to see a good Dr which is also hard to find

What can i do if they are fresh? I got some red marks and i have noticed that one of them are forms scars underneath the skin, if it heals by itself or should i apply something to it

Quite frankly the knowledge I have is from learning after not doing it myself because I wasn't aware, I didn't know anything about acne scars until I got them myself, anyways to your question - I don't know if you can apply something to it, maybe retinoid but again you need to consult a good Dr not the internet, what we can assure you is that you can get the best improvement while they are still fresh and perhaps even 100% improvement which is extremely rare unfortunately. Any kind of laser might help you at this point

My left cheek, most of them are new at the center, at that point would you really suggest to improve these scars? For my type of scars CO2 fraxel are good? Or should i try RF microneedling, or just microneedling? I cannot apply any topical treatments due to my accutane course

Co2 gives better results but has higher risks
