With the wrong practitioner, yes. Very, very important you go to the right person for this. Subcision is something that not just anyone can do correctly. You can do it ten times with one doctor and see no results and even develop more scar tissue, while you can have it done by a true expert only 3 times and get the results you want

I think all derms are trained to do subcision. They just don't advertise it. Try calling some derms in your area.
