How to treat volume loss (due to acne/acne scarring) other than dermal fillers??

Photos are a bit blurry, but looks almost certainly like rolling scars IMO. In which case, subcisionis without question what you want to try and get, at least initially. You will probably want this done several times. The difficulty lies in finding someone who can do it. Space them 3 months apart, and be patient with results; good things come to those who wait.

Fillers may, and likely will be, ultimately necessary for 100% improvement, as is often the case with volume loss - but IMO you can still get good improvement without filler with time.

TCA may be useful for flattening any remaining edges at a later stage.

I've had sub for similar kinds of scar, including much deeper atrophic where I was told filler would be necessary, and have seen a lot of new skin raise and form.

The difficulty now for you lies in finding a specialist who can perform this; there are limited acne scar specialists across the globe. Feel free to share your location, or try google subcision + your city/country, or other terms.

Of course, we are just mere fellow scar sufferers here, so listen to doc above all. Just ensure that doc is a scar specialist and has good reviews.

Search subcision, and also rolling acne scars in google scholar or even just google to learn more.

edit: fat grafting, punch excision are other options if you want to avoid filler. I don't have any experience to comment.

Thanks for suggestion...initially should I take only subcision treatment?
