Are there any good acne scar specialists doctors in Dallas area for subcision, cross, fillers, and RF Microneedling? Or just a doctor in Texas that is an expert?
I met with Dr. Lam in Plano who was recommended on this site but he doesnt believe in subcision and seems to like old approaches like silicone microdroplets and Dermabrasion better. Also there was soooo much product pushing because he has his own skin care line. Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations as I am thinking of traveling to Weiner or Rullan if I cant find someone.

No problem! Ask them lots of questions such as how many procedures they've done, what type of treatment they recommend, and risks. Be specific with how they would apply TCA anddo subcision and fillers. Don't just accept the regurgitated answers like they're reading off of a manual. For example, if they say RF microneedling's recovery time is 2-3 days, they're full of BS and want your $$$$.
There aren't many scar specialists so it's important to be comfortable with a doctor's background before getting anything done by him/her. Just because they put a procedure on their website doesn't make them experienced or a specialist in that.
I like McGuiness Dermatology and I am also going to checkout Dr. Alexander Berlin before I decide.
I dont recommend Dr. Lam as some other people have on this site.
Oh and if youre interested in RF microneedling, McGuiness Derm is one of the only places in the DFW area that has the genius machine.
