Hello all again,
I'd like some critique on my update schedule as I have found a dermatologist who can do cannula subcision with Sculptra
1. Infini RF - June 30, 2020
2. Subcision with Sculptra - August 1, 2020*
3. Infini RF - October 15, 2020
4. 35% TCA Peel (scheduled) - December 10, 2020
I don't know how adversely I will be affecting my collagen production from my Infini session in June as it will only be 4 weeks out compared to the recommended 3 months.
After my subcision-sculptra session, I'm planning to microneedle and suction the day after to help further elevate the scars. I'm planning on doing this as the dermatologist who is doing the procedure is a new dermatologic surgeon resident. He offered it to me at a very generous discount.
Come October I will be due for another Infini session, hopefully at slightly more aggressive settings.
Concerns:
Would Sculptra be negatively affected by Infini, before or after a session? How long does Sculptra last? I'm a fairly active person and concerned most about how quickly my body will metabolise the filler.
First, you should replace Sculptra with HA filler. Sculptra should never be used asspacer. It takes up to 4 weeks for Sculptra tobegin collagen production. Scars also takes about 4 weeks to form (or tether in your case). By the time Sculptra begins working, your scars will have re-tethered. So it makes more sense to use a volumizing fillerlike Juvederm for immediate effect. Also remember Sculptra must be injected deeper into the skin than HA fillers for it to work.
Second,3 months is mentioned for in-between treatments because that's how long it takes for collagen to form. Not only that, all these treatments are highly invasive and your body requires sufficient time to heal.
