RFM isn't as good for defined boxcar and icepick scars as TCA Cross. If it's not too expensive, then it wouldn't hurt to get it and find out. Otherwise, stick to TCA. With proper knowledge, you could do TCA treatments at home.

I think TCA Cross could be appropriate if it is not applied too close to another scar, otherwise itcan join two scars.
