Hi everyone,

first time posting. I™m currently on Isotretinoin, and have gotten up to a dosage of 17,000 mg. I am treating severe cystic acne on my neck, scalp and back. The photos show 3 bald patches, the larger has just appeared, the other being present for 8 months. This is seriously having an impact in my life. Sounds dramatic I know, however it™s really playing on my mind, and whilst most of the patches have grown back, these haven™t. 
 

can anyone suggest the best treatment to get rid of these, post isotretinoin if possible please. My derm isn™t really keen to discuss this right now ( one thing at a time ) any ideas and whether it™s possible to get hair there again would really settle my mind.
