Not sure about their authenticity, but Dermapen is so old-school and, frankly, it's not very good. If you plan to go the DIY route, I suggest you look into TCA instead.

Hi the recommend microneedling system on this acne.orgis The Derminator visit to buy it. It gives a whole explanation on why this machine is superior to any other microneedling. To make is simple it creates the correct amount of damage to promote the CIT (collagen induction therapy) the other person that replied said that you should consider TCA instead. Before taking anyones suggestions they must know what type of scarring you are looking to treat. Without that vital knowledge no one should be giving advice.(my apologies if that info was already provided)Both microneedling and TCA are excellent treatments for scars but each treatment works for a different type of scar.
