@soooaaapVbeam of course, this is not a ablative laser, it treats pigment chromophores ... some say it actually helps with acne. Now if your going to tell me CO2/erbium you must be clear of pimples or have them under control.

Feel free to do Pulse Dye Laser, ... but tell the Dr you just are off of Accutane, they will use lower settings, it takes 6 months to heal after Accutane, many Dr's don't want the liability of doing treatment.

You should NOT be doing fractional laser at this time.

You CAN do subcision and filler.

@soooaaapWith the color yes, ... but you would need steriod injections for the scars if they are raised. Silicone patches for scars help as well.
