So I've been looking into different at home methods to treat some acne scarring (rolling on lower cheek and some deeper boxcars on the upper cheeks) and I came across thisarticle. I typediontophoresis into google and lo and behold the first thing I see is a device on Amazon for $25. I already have Retin-a .05% and was wondering if anyone has come across this method. I can't find anything written about it on here but the results seem promising (flattening of the scars in 80% of people who tried it). I am tempted to give it a shot.

No Iontophhorsis does nothing. If it was so simple we would do this in a clinic. The Asian Countries do this for moisture NOT for scars. Your going to find a lot of bad advice on the net for those who are un-aware. Your best bet is peels and microneedling at home. Topicals do very little.

There are no magical at home devices, nothing you can do besides what I Said, subcision is extremely cheap, do it once or twice a year if that's all you can afford. Avoid the headache of nothing working.

HAHA results seem promising, ... they use photo shopped pics, marketing, and hand picked results. They want to sell you a device. Read Amazon lots of the same marketing happening - tricks with lighting and plays on words. IF you don't have scars but redness, this is not scarring and I gave you a full plan I believe.
