My face will break out very fast if I don't have a layer of benzoyl peroxide on my skin.Is it impossible for me to have a microneedling treatment?

@sillybasketNo, ... this could cause more harm than good. The bacteria your so afraid about lives all over your skin, ... you can drive it into the other tissue. You really need to get the acne under control before trying anything like this. Otherwise you will be chasing new problems and no one want's that. I suggest thinking of other acne treatments: here are some common ones you can discuss with your derm: topical antibiotics, Accutane, carbon laser peels to kill the bacteria in the pores, non ablative laser to kill the bacteria, IPL or phototherapy/photofacials.

I actually have 0 pimple now thanks to the bp , it is the only thing that worked for me. so no accutane or any other antibiotic works for me to keep my acne under control.

@sillybasketIn that case you can apply the BP 24-hrs after microneedling, only spot treat areas of concern. In 36 hrs you can do your full routine again.

@Anish004Apply the S,A, and leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes and see if that makes a difference before washing it off. You may have fungal acne if BP and Salicylic acid does not work, hormonal acne, or health related bacterial acne. You can try also a higher % of salicylic acid, or mandelic peels for your skin type. Tretinorin is sold over the counter in India, ... have you tried that nightly?

Try a anti-fungal cream and see what that does for your issue.

@Anish004Sounds like Comedonal Acne. Look it up and try the anti fungal I suggested. Again you can get tretinorin over the counter and try that nightly. Lastly the peels open up the comodones and may help.If you cannot get this under control, best if you see a Dermatologist.

@beautifulambitionis the 36hour thing universal or there is a chance that I need to wait more than that?

@sillybasketEveryone is a individual, nothing is universal ... observe your skin and healing process. We just want the skin closed up before we start the normal routine.

Welcome!
