Hey peoples, so recently I got out of most of my depression. And I got most of my acne and stress under control. Can anyone recommend me what I can do with scars on my cheek and waves of textures on my forehead? I heard about derma rolling (Banish), chemical peeling (Alpha Beta Universal Chemical daily peel), and using Mia 2 or Mia Smart to improve my face. Any thoughts, before or after photos? Maybe recommendations for treatments in Vancouver, Canada? I want to be sure I invest my money wisely. Please and thank you. I will keep you updated on my skin.
Hey
If money is your concern, microneedling and chemical peeling can be done at home for pennies. A lot of information about these topics on this forum. Your cheeks could really benefit from RF microneedling, since you have boxcar scars there. Many sessions are required ofcourse but you will improve a bit with every session. RF microneedling is ofcourse done by a professional and is not the cheapest.

Hi there thanks for posting and providing a picture.
You have textural box cars, Icepicks, ad linear scars, the forehead has textural scarring.
Banish is a multi-level marketing company, I don't know why anyone would use. Buy standard peels. They mix retinoid with their peels. Use this nightly instead. Dermarolling is older now, ... dermastamping is done or the derminator at home for scars. We don't do chemical peels daily. This is more of a toner. Peels are done monthly. Mia or mia 2 are exfoliants and kind of pointless, one can also use things like a microfiber cloth in the shower, or a clairsonic. I am afraid with these brush systems and bacteria.
I am not responsible for before and after photos that is your Dr' who treat's you ... responsibility. Canada has mixed reviews from the dr's being average, some travel for treatment. Please see the FAQ, pinned to the main scar treatments sub, goto the bottom of that, find Canada.
