Hello,
I am posting pictures to see get advice on my scars. I am 29 male Asian. MY scars are concentrated around the cheeks, and temple with my left side being worse than my right. I currently have subscision scheduled in 3 weeks with plans to do multiple sessions with cupping and multiple sessions of TCA cross, then multiple INFINI sessions. All with 6 to 8 weeks in between. I have a few questions going forward:
1. Does this treatment plan seem correct ?
2. In terms of subscision with nokor, approximately how many scars would I be expected to treat ? 20 ? 30 ? 40? and about how many incision points should I expect?
3. In terms of TCA cross, would pretty much all of scars be a good canidate for it? Do you think all my scars are narrow enough?

Your scar case is more severe. It will take many treatments. This is a long process. I recommend 3 months between all Dr's treatments and you can do dermastamping on the scars at home monthly in between and glycolic peels.

Checkout the main scar treatments sub, find the FAQ pinned on top there, goto the bottom, there are Dr's or call around and ask who does cannula subcision or nokor subcision (needle type) to dermatologists and or plastic surgeons, consult a few before you decide who you like, even if you have to pay as treatment is expensive, better like them. Ask how many subcisions they do a month and if they treat your skin type. If they just do laser run they will just blast you and not solve your issue.

-Cool Thank you! I did not think my scars were so bad until I took up close photos in florescent light but they are severe esp. on my left side. If I can get my left side to look like my right side, I would be eternally grateful =D. My practitioner chargessubcision is per session.
-The point of Question 2) was to make sure I get a ballpark idea of how many incision points/ scars I should expect as a check to make sure they are more on the aggressive side. I heard doctorslike Lim can do at a min. 20 scars in a session. I read on realself that a doctor 3 hours away from me did a subcision with 40scars in a single session.
-I am not looking for perfect results, but I am looking to improve quite a lot. I started using Differin daily but it started to give me small breakouts andI will have to limit it to 2-3 times a week. It as made my pores smaller, and improved on the dryness of my skinand I will keep using it.
You do have all kinds of scar types, but what really jumps out at me is the fat loss in your cheeks. Cystic acne over many years can cause the fat in that area to dissolve. Sculptra would help fill out your cheek hollows and improve the shadowing effect (which makes scarring look much worse).
