Scarring treatment advice? Subcision?

Hi! Trying to figure out the best course of action while researching doctors who would be best able to help my scars. I am based in NYC if anyone has a specific recommendation btw, though currently looking towards making an appointment with Dr. Khrom in Brooklyn. I basically would love some insight here before seeking out doctors as I know there are a few laser-happy places

I am guessing that I™m about a Grade 3 in terms of scarring. I™ve been using Retin-A, snail mucin,  niacinamide 10%, sunscreen, and azelaic acid generally in varying combos for regime. Been using a Dermapen every 5 weeks since the beginning of February (so done it about 3x so far) at 2-2.25mm. Which I™m realizing now is too rough on my skin so will be dialing that back to 1.5mm for my next bout (also switching over to the Derminator)

From what I™m seeing, it looks like subcision (cannula?) for a few sessions is my best bet. Are mine bad enough that I should consider laser treatment at any point?

Thank you all in advance!

Beautfulambition will guide better

however i cant see any scope of subcision in ur scars...they will be useless from my point of view

Tca cross , Peels and needling might help

but as said above ..that person will guide much better

@gomtangThanks for posting the pictures, that helps.

You don't need subcsision, ... you have textural or superficial scarring.

I see many box cars, icepicks, linear and textural scarring.
