hello everyone,
I am considering doing a phenol chemabrasion peel with Dr. Rullan.
I have done 4 mixto laser treatments, and two treatments with Dr. Rullan already (subcision, acid, PRF, microneedling).
I do think i need to go with something more aggressive to alleviate my scars.
Do you guys recommend doing a peel with Dr. Rullan? Should I do a couple of more treatments (i.e. subcision, acid, PRF, microneedling) before I move on to the peel?
As I have mentioned, I have already gone through 2 treatments with Dr. Rullan, should I perform another 2 treatments and then go with the peel? Or should i just jump to the peel for my third treatment?

@slee3Got confused as we have a new post from your main thread. I would do a couple more treatments, Rullan likes to do his peel. I am more of a mindset to treat as much as possible, raise what you can before treating for texture last. That is what a peel is for texture. The two things I would consider are rf needling have you done this, as it could be helpful for your condition(any med spa), have you had the proper amount of filler like a vial of sculptra throughout the scared cheeks, etc before having rf needling.
