@Cowboy72Covered this a ton of times. Rf microneedling is great. This is more like a laser. Microneedling is done at home for those who heal well between treatments once a month. There is no use getting this done at a spa or derm, as the cost per treatment is worth one Derminator.

Bio Stimulating(Sculptra, Radiesse, PDO Threads, Bellafill, etc) Fillers have more of a effect than prp in my experience.
