I know RF microneedling such as Fractora and Infini are the next level of microneedles but is the x6 cost worth it in the long run If I am just trying to improve my small scars/pores/texture. I heard microneedles as a wholecan improve anything conversation level (50 cm away), but not deep scars requiring TCA or Subcision.Can I achieve the same results using traditional dermapen treatments?

@joeyskone is like a laser, but safer, ... the other is a at home treatment, I would not pay any Dr to do. Just do it at home even in between rf needling sessions spaced 3 months apart. Laser is then 12x the cost and effects your epidermis(good and / bad).
Probably not. Buy the dermiator and do it at home if you wish. Doing it in conjunction with tca peels or glycolic peels is your best bet for at home treatments, ... no mono treatment works alone.
