@IprojectIHi there the biggest thing I see is PIE or wounding post acne(Redness). If you get rid of things will change a lot.

You seem to have early scarring, if so Ematrix or Sublative RF is helpful.

Some of the spots need subcision several times for the rolling textural scars. You can have HA filler with this if you wish.
