Could be infected please goto a Dermatologist right away. You could try some sulfur soap as well but I would definitely get this checked out, they might put you on antibiotic seeing as these pimples are abnormal for the regular state of your skin.

I wentback to my dermatologist and showed him the pimples he said it is normal to get these pimples after the subcisionand i will take time to get rid of it.

I am on doxcycline 100 mg from the day of the subcisiontill now

i am stress about this matter what should i do ?

Anti bacterial soap for acne, like sulfur or salicylic acid, etc. Spot treat the pimples with Benzoyl peroxide Nothing else you can do if he put you on doycyline, ... if this does not work in a week or so goto a different Dr for a second opinion.Otherwise it's internal and bacterial, hence the antibiotic.
