@SaraDYou can always spot test it. You don't have to do nightly, you can even do once a week if that's all you can take of retinoid.

Infini RF would be fine with fllers, only treat your scar areas.

The pics above show us that you will need more treatments, be patient, it's a marathon not a racer 😉 That cheek could take some more subcision.

@beautifulambition second subcision treatment. 2 days post-op: some swelling, a bit of Juvederm as a spacer, and some low-level tixel for the PIH. 

@SaraDLooks good Sara, to be expected after treatment. In about a week start your retinoid, niacinamide, and gel treatment nightly for hyperpigmentation. We will see how it heals in 3 months. Concealer will be useful when you go out 😉
